STEP 01
Recreate the tract
Turn on the thermotaxis puck and plug in the disposable chip. The coupling of puck and disposable reproduces the temperature gradient, geometry, and flow conditions of the female reproductive tract — the environment sperm evolved to read.
STEP 02
Load the sample
A raw semen sample enters the disposable's intake via pipette. No spinning, no harsh chemistry — the cells stay in the condition you collected them.
STEP 03
Let thermotaxis decide
Only cells with the physiological fitness and sensing capability to follow the cue swim toward the collection point. Selection happens by capability, the way nature intended.
STEP 04
Collect the best
The selected fraction is recovered by pipette, ready for IVF, or ICSI — higher motility, better DNA integrity, and no mechanical damage.
Typical processing time from loaded sample to selected fraction: 20–30 minutes, spanning the tract-recreation and thermotaxis-selection steps.
